Shipping policy

The Scentium currently delivers orders across Pakistan.

Our standard delivery charges are Rs. 150 per order. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery time is normally 3–5 business days, depending on the city and courier service.

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you through phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct at checkout. The Scentium will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

In case of courier delays, public holidays, weather issues, or operational problems, delivery may take longer than usual.
