At The Scentium, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, leaked, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Used or opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return or exchange requests may require proof such as order number, photos, or parcel opening video. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused and unopened, and delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
